- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
- Selected rural areas (check availability at checkout)
- Some remote locations may have extended delivery times

- Other cities: 3-5 business days
- Rural areas: 5-7 business days
Express Delivery
- Metro cities: 1-2 business days
- Selected cities: 2-3 business days

Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing the order
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

You can track your order in the following ways:

- Use the tracking number sent via SMS and email
- Contact our customer service for updates
Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
- Valid ID proof may be required for delivery
- If you're not available, we'll attempt delivery up to 3 times
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse
